We will first examine your current lifestyle practices. My goal is to discover the root cause of any health issues holding you back from living life to its fullest. Together, we will define what well-being means to you and discuss your current and future health goals. What do you want your health to look like in 6 months, 1 year, and in 10, 15, or even 20 years? What you choose to do today, or what you choose not to do in order to improve your health will have a long-lasting impact. We’ll use your health goals to create a lifestyle plan with action steps to help you create and maintain the healthiest version of yourself.
Food choice is an important aspect of well-being. As your coach I will not dictate a diet for you, but we will explore why some foods make you feel better and other foods make you feel worse. Based on that information I will guide you in creating an eating plan that works for you.
As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole. You cannot exercise your way to health if your eating habits do not support a healthy lifestyle. Likewise, you cannot eat your way to health if you have a sedentary or stressful lifestyle. Does stress at your job or in one or more relationships cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising or living with joy and vitality? I will help you identify and remove the obstacles in your path, implement change, and help you develop skills that will accelerate you towards your wellness goals.

It shows you how a plate should appear at mealtime and emphasizes the importance of proportions and portion size. To complete the picture, the plate is surrounded with lifestyle factors that create optimal health: relationship, career, physical activity and spirituality. I’ll introduce you to some of the healthiest foods on the planet and teach you how to find what’s healthiest for your unique body!

Many nutrition experts give their clients a list of foods to avoid and foods to eat, which explains why so many people are turned off by nutrition. My approach is different – by eating and drinking foods that are good for you, you will naturally have less room and desire for unhealthy foods. Simply put, you will crowd out the unhealthy food in your diet. This takes a little practice to make happen, but I will support you along the way.
