I am Devra Betts. Healthy Gut Advisor, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Integrative Wellness Consultant, and co-founder of R&D Nutrition for Life.

Being healthy doesn’t have to be hard.  Yet, it seems so many people live with symptoms that are simply annoying or even debilitating.  These symptoms start small and may seem unimportant to overall health. Brain fog, fatigue, insomnia, stress, joint pain, headaches, anxiety, depression, constipation, diarrhea, reflux, and weight gain are all examples of symptoms that can interfere with daily life.  Can you relate?  

I struggled with health issues mostly caused by a lack of understanding of what my body needed to survive and thrive most of my life and then, I learned that I had the power to change my health reality. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients with a holistic approach to nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset.
